With over three decades of experience in the electrical engineering domain, Ir. Rajasegaran Thevaraj stands out as a seasoned professional whose expertise spans across electronics maintenance, design, and consultancy services. A proud alumnus of the University of Malaya, he earned his Bachelor of Engineering with Honors in Electrical Engineering in 1982, laying the foundation for a career marked by innovation and leadership.

Ir. Thevaraj’s journey began at General Instruments, where he honed his skills in maintaining sophisticated electronic devices. His tenure at Schlumberger Overseas S.A. saw him delve into the intricacies of offshore oil and gas exploration equipment, showcasing his adaptability and technical acumen. Moving into the banking sector, he managed critical maintenance operations for mainframe systems and high-end workstations at Far East Computers and MCSB Systems, further solidifying his reputation as a reliable and forward-thinking engineer.

In 1993, Ir. Thevaraj embarked on a new venture as a Consultant Electrical Engineer at Perunding Shanu Sdn. Bhd., where he has been instrumental in providing mechanical and electrical consultancy services. His contributions to the industry are not just limited to hands-on technical work; he is also a respected member of various professional associations, including the Board of Engineers Malaysia and the Institute of Engineers Malaysia.
